Wanadev is a Lyon-based agency created in 2009, with more than 60 employees, which specializes in the development of innovative and customized digital applications.

Wanadev, includes 2 entities:

• WanadevStudio: The video game studio, WanadevStudio, is an independent studio composed of enthusiasts involved in the development of immersive virtual reality games.
• WanadevDigital: The digital development agency, Wanadev, develops innovative applications to accelerate the digital transition of SMEs and large groups. The agency implements solutions for the competitiveness of companies with a technical support tailored. It also develops brands born from the intrapreneurship of its employees: YouRescue and Octopod.

Today Wanadev is offering a print and digital graphic designer internship opportunity for Octopod. Octopod is a brand created by Wanadev, which offers a set of software solutions for distributing virtual reality games to leisure and entertainment professionals.

With more than 70 partner centers worldwide, Octopod offers a range of services and products, including a catalog of more than 20 multiplayer virtual reality games.

The Octopod and WanadevStudio teams are both located in the same premises and are linked. Octopod distributes the game licenses developed by WanadevStudio (+15) to professionals (VR centers, escape games, amusement parks...) via their platform.

The missions

You will have in particular for missions :

• The creation of visuals for the different virtual reality games offered in the Octopod catalog. To find all the games of the Octopod:Games catalog, it's here:
• Participation in the creation of marketing materials and other communication tools for the operators of VR game rooms (POS, posters ...)
• Layout work and graphic execution on print projects (Flyer, catalog)
• The creation of a branding solution (ground tarpaulin, wall posters, decorations) of our new multiplayer concept in free movement: the Octo:Gone
• The creation of visuals for the Community Management and the internal and external communication

The profile we are looking for

Of course, we are looking for someone who has a keen interest in graphic design, who has a good visual culture, while being sensitive to the world of video games and ideally virtual reality.

• You have a 4 or 5 year university degree, and you are a graduate of a graphic design school or equivalent.
• You are organized, creative and curious about everything!
• You master the Adobe suite: In Design / Illustrator / Photoshop and you are comfortable with printing techniques and the print production chain.

A plus: provide us with examples of your achievements and past experiences

We are looking for a motivated person, willing to learn and discover the world of virtual reality gaming by bringing his creative vision, ideas and advice to grow the image of Octopod in the world!
